Pretty Beach – Shipping Policy

 

At Pretty Beach Swimwear, we want you to enjoy a smooth and delightful shopping experience. Our Shipping Policy outlines the shipping methods, costs, delivery times, and other essential details to ensure your Pretty Beach bikini arrives on time and in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-5 business days from the time of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and details of your purchase. This confirmation does not imply that your order has been shipped yet.
  • Custom Orders/Pre-Orders: If your order includes custom or pre-order items, the processing time may be longer. You will be notified if your order requires additional processing time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and your location.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.):

    • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days
    • Cost: $5-10 (Free for orders over $200 within the U.S.)
  • Express Shipping (U.S.):

    • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days
    • Cost: $5(Calculated at checkout)
  • International Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 7-14 business days (may vary based on customs processing)
    • Cost: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, holidays, or unexpected delays with shipping carriers.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.
  • Free Standard Shipping is available on U.S. orders over $200.
  • Express Shipping and International Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.

Customs Duties and Taxes (International Orders):
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred during the shipping process. These fees are determined by the destination country and are not covered by Pretty Beach Swimwear.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • You can track the status of your order at any time by visiting the tracking link provided, or by logging into your account if you created one during checkout.
  • If you encounter issues with tracking, or your tracking number doesn’t show up, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated. Contact our customer service team if further assistance is needed.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Pretty Beach Swimwear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If your package is lost or stolen after it has been marked as Delivered, we recommend:
    • Checking with your local post office for any missed delivery attempts.
    • Asking neighbors if they received the package by mistake.
    • Reviewing the tracking information for any delivery issues.
  • If you believe your package was stolen, we advise you to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We can help provide necessary information to assist in the claim process.
  • To prevent future issues, we recommend selecting a shipping method with insurance or a shipping address with secure delivery options (such as a PO Box or UPS Store).

6. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to process and ship all orders promptly, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as:
    • Weather conditions (storms, hurricanes, snow)
    • Shipping carrier delays (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHS)
    • High order volume (during holidays or sales events)
    • Customs processing for international orders
  • If there are significant delays with your order, we will notify you and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. International Shipping

  • Shipping Destinations: We ship to most countries worldwide.
  • Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional charges. These fees are imposed by the destination country and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
    • Customs Fees: Customs fees vary by country and can cause delays. You may be contacted by customs officials to pay any fees before your package is released for delivery.
  • Customs Declaration: All international packages are declared according to their actual contents (product names, values). False declarations or requests for undervaluing items for customs purposes will not be honored.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States. However, please note that some international carriers may not be able to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Shipping Address Issues: We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or issues arising from an incorrect address provided by you. Please ensure your address is entered correctly before confirming your order. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Order Issues

  • If you experience any issues with your order (e.g., incorrect items, damaged products, etc.), please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your package.
